We have loved every minute of living in this home. The incredible views of the mountains and twinkling city lights is what everyone is always impressed with, but this house is more than the views. It feels like living in a resort, close to town, but with real wilderness just steps away on over 100-miles of trails. The quick access to the Sonoran Desert, from saguaros to tortoises to mule deer amazes us daily. All this and it is less than 10-minutes to three grocery stores, high ranking schools, McDowell Mountain Aquatic Center, Westworld event center, numerous safe parks golf, and sports fields. The HOA amenities are amazing, providing access to three resort like pools, a fitness center, and other community venues, plus they handle all of the yard maintenance, no more watering, trimming, or clean up!
